A novel idea for MacSTAC

Mili Palmer, a long time member, has an interesting idea. It is to create the Great American MacSTAC Novel. She has written the first three chapters and now it's up to you to write the remaining ones. Who knows where her story will go? If you want to participate, here are the directions:

INTRODUCTION:

This is a new experiment for our MacSTAC Blog. Board Member Mili Palmer has written the first chapter to the "First MacSTAC Novel". Your task is to continue the story and see how it develops. All you have to do is add another chapter to the story and post it back to the blog. The next person will pickup the story line and continue it. It will be fun seeing where it goes. you will find the current novel under the menu header on http://www.macstac.org/ entitled NOVEL BLOG. Each chapter has it's own section.

PROCEDURE: If you decide to write the next chapter, send an email to note@macstac.org, announcing your intention to write Chapter X, with X being the next chapter number. That ensures to no one else will be working on that chapter. We will then send you a return email indicating your are clear to begin your writing in your word processor. Use Arial font and point size 14 as our standard. Be sure to add a new chapter number and your first name. When you are done, copy your chapter and paste it in an email addressed to novel@mactac.org with copy to note@macstac.org.  The email subject should be your chapter number. Your new chapter and the previous chapters will then appear on our web page in the NOVEL BLOG  section.

That's all there is to it. Let's see where our story takes us. Good luck.
