MacUpdate gives away free premium memberships
Software tracking Web site MacUpdate is offering free memberships to its premium service to everyone that signs up in January 2006. The premium services include customizable site layout; customizable column data; software watch list; email update notifications; wish list for gifts; and download history, among other features. The service, which normally costs $20 yearly, is only available to new users, according to the Web site.
