Next week is our annual holiday party at the Vestal Library (Thursday, Dec 21st, 6:30 PM). In past years this has been a very enjoyable event and despite bad weather, we have never had to cancel.
Please mark your calendars, invite your family and friends, and plan to join others for fun, food, and socializing. If you are coming, please do the following:
1. Bring a dish to pass -- appetizer, salad, entree, dessert -- your choice. We usually don't have many duplicates. The library has a small stove and a tiny refrigerator Don't forget to bring serving utensils for your dish.
2. Bring a $5.00 gift for each person you have invited to exchange with others in our own unique gift giving game.
3. RSVP to this e-mail with how many are coming so we can be sure to set up enough chairs.
Although we have never had to cancel, there's always a chance, so THIS YEAR, we will make a final decision not later than noon on Thursday and a notice will be posted via e-mail to your address.
