MacSTAC January Meeting - THIS Thursday, January 15th, 6:30 PM, Vestal Library

Happy New Year.

As you know, this year started on Thursday, so this month has 5
Thursdays, and our meeting, on the third Thursday is THIS WEEK - the
15th.

We'll be talking about Macworld Expo, that while it didn't not produce
a lot of new stuff, still had some significant new products. We'll
also demo a new laptop that while introduced at the expo, but did not
receive much press. Additionally, there will be a demo of a new online
download service for free movies and documentaries, a new Mac version
of a popular receipt-processing application with special hardware, new
widgets, and of course our popular questions and answers section. In
between, we'll have a social time with soft drinks, cookies, and
popcorn.

So, come on down, bring your friends, and welcome in the Mac New Year.
