Dragon Dictation - FREE! for iPhone

http://www.dragonmobileapps.com/apple/dictation.html

Stay connected, even when you are "Hands- Busy"

Dragon Dictation is an easy-to-use voice recognition application powered by Dragon NaturallySpeaking that allows you to easily speak and instantly see your text or email messages. In fact, it's up to five (5) times faster than typing on the keyboard.

With Dragon Dictation, you can text or email your friends, update Facebook status, send notes and reminders to yourself, or tweet to the world… all using your voice.

So when you are on-the-go, turn talk into type with Dragon Dictation – from short text messages to longer email messages, and
anything in between.

Composing Messages
Launch the Dragon Dictation application first. Tap the red recording button in the middle of the screen to initiate voice recognition process. While the application is recording, speak your message. Tap the "Done" button at the bottom of the screen when you finish speaking. You can always tap the red recording button again to dictate additional texts.

Correcting Text
To edit transcribed text, tap the word you would like to correct. When you touch the word you will see a drop-down list of alternative suggestions. To correct a phrase drag your finger to adjacent words until the entire phrase is highlighted.

If you prefer, you can record a new phrase by pressing the red record icon while the original phrase is highlighted. The phrase will be replaced with the new phrase you speak.

Typing Text
In addition to composing messages by voice, Dragon Dictation provides the ability for users to either enter new text or edit text they have dictated. To type, tap the keyboard icon on the lower left of the screen.

Sending Messages
When you are ready to send the texts, tap the icon on the lower right of the screen and select how you want to send your message:

Send Email: After selecting "Send to mail" option, Dragon Dictation will launch your default email account and insert your composed text into a new email message.

Send Text Messages: After selecting "Send to Txt Msg" option, a prompt dialog box will ask you if you want to Open SMS App. Click Yes. Then simply double tap in the new text field to paste the message into the iPhone™ SMS messaging app.

Paste into Clipboard: After selecting "Send to Clipboard", a dialog box will pop up and confirm that the texts are copied into the Clipboard. Click "OK" and launch any application on your iPhone™ where you want to insert the texts. Double tap to paste them.
