MacSTAC June Member Meeting

Our June member meeting will take place on Thursday, June 15th, at the Vestal Library starting at 6:30 PM. Meeting topics include the following:

Welcome and club news.
News from Apple.
Questions and Answers (try and stump our group of "experts")!
Using MS Windows on the new Intel Macintosh.
A review of online mapping programs (prepare to be amazed).
A quick demo of the Times-Picayune interactive map of the New Orleans Katrina flooding.
If time permits, a quick demo of Skype, the latest and greatest free internet telephone service.
Soft drinks, cookies, and popcorn.
Raffle items.
...and for the first time, we hope to set up a wireless network in the room, so bring your laptop and try out road Runner.
